About WWW.LSSLTD.NET Website
My name is Ian and I am the main writer and editor of this website www.lssltd.net.
I started working in the construction industry in the summer of 1993 before graduating with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering in 1997. I spent four years working on sites as a Site Engineer and then as a Senior Engineer/Sub-Agent before setting up a company to provide Site Engineering and Surveying to firms in the construction industry.
This is the website where I share the information that I have learnt, the tips I have been given and the tools that I use day in, day out whilst surveying and engineering.
If you would like to join and contribute to this site as a writer, please email me at
